Machine Operator

NPC Tree Surgery is a highly professional company that undertake the whole spectrum of Tree Surgery operations; alongside our conventional workload, we carry out many specialist works, including advanced decay detection, technical crane and MEWP works, rigging and risk reduced dismantling operations. We have a vast array of kit and equipment, ranging from the Roto Telehandler, whole tree chipper, remote tracked stump grinder, to the latest in advanced decay detection equipment. We pride ourselves on providing a professional service carried out to the highest standard to both domestic and commercial customers.

We have a vacancy for a Machine Operator with Tree Surgery experience and are looking for a hardworking, reliable and highly motivated member to join our team.

The Job will involve:

- Being able operate machinery to assist in mechanical Tree Surgery Operations.
- The ability to work in a professional close knit team adhering to strict health safety procedures at all times.
- Ensure the professionalism and high standards of the company are upheld at all times.
- Being able to complete equipment maintenance, vehicle maintenance tasks unsupervised to a high standard.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Machinery experience
- Tree Surgery/Forestry Experience
- Driving License with B + E
- High standards and takes pride in their work

Desirable:

- Mini Digger/Telehandler Tickets
- NPTC CS30/31, CS38/39 Tickets.

Normal working hours 07:30 - 16:30 Mon - Fri

Over Time Rate - 1.5 x Hourly Rate.

Full company uniform provided and PPE

Salary dependent on experience and qualifications

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
