We are looking for a Trainee HR Assistant to join our committed and professional team. The HR Consultancy was established in 2013 by Angela Roberts to provide HR and recruitment support across a wide range of sectors. Since then, we have developed strong relationships with our clients, and we offer a range of services tailored to meet their needs.

The Trainee HR Assistant will support The HR Consultancy in providing a full range of HR services to clients and to continuously develop the service offered, supporting the success of the business.

**Main Duties**
- Provide support with the development of handbooks, policies and procedures, make amendments, and identify questions and proofread to ensure accuracy.
- Undertake contract writing - putting together templates from information provided, amending, and inputting additional data.
- Develop appropriate letters - using templates which are amended to meet the requirements of the client.
- Support with the development of job descriptions from information provided.
- Input data into relevant systems and spreadsheets, managing the back end of the HR system for a number of clients.
- Provide a full outsourced HR service for assigned clients including managing the recruitment process, offer letters and contracts, probation and induction documentation, general advice and guidance and managing leavers.
- Research information for employment law updates, blogs, and circulars.
- Support with training course development and where appropriate delivery.
- Take notes of meetings and/or type up notes and information as required.
- Support the development and organisation of filing systems and office processes.
- Carry out project work as required in relation to admin, promotional and marketing activities.

**Skills and Experience Required**
- Experience working in a customer-facing environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Able to prioritise and manage workload.
- Excellent attention to detail.

The role is on a full-time, permanent basis, located at our office in Kenilworth, Warwickshire, offering a salary of £20,500 per annum.
