Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Safety and Well-being: Maintain a safe environment for all children, promoting a feeling of security and satisfaction among parents.
- Child Development: Attend to the daily needs of the children, fostering their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional development.
- Staff Supervision: Lead and supervise all staff within your room, ensuring high standards are consistently achieved.
- Team Player: Contribute effectively to the nursery team, maintaining a high level of communication throughout the entire nursery.
- Must possess minimum Level 3 or above qualification.
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a nursery preferable.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Be passionate about working with children and early education.
