Due to our continued growth, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Cleaner at Celtic Harmony Camp, the outdoor prehistory settlement near Hertford, SG138 8NY.

No experience is required as we will invest in your training and development, while giving access to education for your future progression.

Uniform, equipment and products will be provided, and you will be working in a friendly team within an educational and hospitality environment. The role includes cleaning facilities such as our café, toilets, Prehistory Centre and roundhouses.

The working pattern is 8.30/9am-10.30/11am Monday to Friday.

If you are someone with excellent attention-to-detail, high standards and a desire to do your job to the best of your ability every day then a cleaning job may be the perfect job for you. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing charity.

**Main Duties**:

- Sweeping/hoovering, mopping floors
- Dusting and disinfecting surfaces
- Cleaning of 3 family washrooms (each with shower and toilet)
- Cleaning of toilet facility (12 toilet cubicles and sinks)
- Replenish soap, toilet rolls and hand towels
- Cleaning kitchen, café and picnic tables.
- Cleaning of Prehistory Centre using brushing and mopping machines.
- Carrying out deep clean and detailed cleaning tasks
- Washing of cleaning equipment
- Washing linen and sleeping mats for family and school overnight stays.
- Notify manager of deficiencies or repairs required
- Stock and maintain supply rooms

**Communication**

Reporting to Senior Education Officer / manager.

**Qualifications, experience & behaviours required for this role**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good physical fitness.
- High level of attention-to-detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Wanting to exceed targets and progress within the charity
- Own transport as Celtic Harmony Camp is in a rural area
