Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting routine maintenance tasks such as painting, and carpentry
- Repairing equipment and structures as needed
- Inspecting properties for issues and addressing them promptly
- Installing fixtures and fittings
- Handling basic electrical work
- Ensuring all maintenance work is completed efficiently and to a high standard

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role
- Proficiency in using a variety of tools and equipment
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Physical stamina and strength to handle manual labour tasks
