**What will you be doing?**
- Responsible for the day to day running of operations with continuous improvements focused around VMR compliance, communications, customer focus and operational productivity
- Nominated Transport Manager with overall responsibility for Fleet management and Operator Licence compliance
- Responsible for the day to day running of operations with continuous improvements focused around VMR compliance, communications, customer focus and operational productivity
- Manage the Haulage & Logistics Team service delivery on a daily basis, liaise with other Veolia business units to provide efficient work scheduling and planning to manage customer expectations
- Manage operations against Veolia Minimum Requirements and Veolia Management System - carry out monthly VMR checks
- Responsible for the safe and efficient operations of the Haulage and Logistics Transport Operation
- Ensure operational targets are achieved in respect of Risk & Assurance performance
- Implement people management processes and procedures in line with company policy
- Review all service, safety and environmental concerns - undertake event investigations when required, ensure these are recorded on AVA and reported to management

- Previous experience gained in a similar role
- Proven relationship building with stakeholders
- Haulage and Logistics experience is essential
