'''Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Tradesman to join our team. As a Tradesman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to construction, maintenance, and repair work. This is a hands-on role that requires proficiency in various trades such as welding, carpentry, electrical work, painting, masonry, plumbing, and more. If you have a strong skill set in multiple trades and enjoy working on diverse projects, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Perform various construction, maintenance, and repair tasks according to project requirements - Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks - Weld metal components as needed - Conduct electrical work including wiring and troubleshooting - Paint surfaces using appropriate techniques and materials - Repair and replace roofs as necessary - Carry out carpentry work including framing, installing doors/windows, and building structures - Perform masonry tasks such as bricklaying and concrete work - Plumb fixtures and systems to ensure proper functionality - Fabricate parts or components as required Skills: - Proficiency in welding techniques and equipment operation - Strong knowledge of hand tools and their proper usage - Experience in painting surfaces with different materials (e.g., brushes, rollers) - Electrical skills including wiring and troubleshooting - Ability to repair and replace roofs using appropriate techniques - Competence in carpentry work such as framing and installing doors/windows - Knowledge of masonry techniques including bricklaying and concrete work - Familiarity with power tools and their safe operation - Plumbing skills for installing fixtures and systems - Ability to fabricate parts or components based on project needs If you possess the necessary skills and experience for this role, we invite you to apply. **Salary**: £15.00-£18.00 per hour
