Just Psychology CIC is a social enterprise that provides services to address the psychological and mental health needs of children, adults and families with a particular emphasis on cultural diversity and cultural competence. We deliver a range of services including:

- Direct therapeutic interventions with children, parents, families and other adults;
- Capacity building within statutory and third sector agencies (e.g. training, supervision, consultancy);
- Prevention and early intervention at a community level; and
- Legal work with children and parents

**Essential requirements** include sound experience in an evaluation and monitoring role, experience of data analysis and reporting, strong numeracy and analytical skills, excellent time management and prioritisation skills, and a keen eye for detail.

**Key responsibilities** include providing monitoring and evaluation functions for all commissioned services, supporting internal systems and monitoring submission processes, providing accurate and timely reports, managing data quality and data submissions, participating in development work relating to the MHSDS and other routine outcome measures. You will also work collaboratively with the team to provide high level reception and customer service duties including preparing and managing correspondence with referrers, families and other clients.
