**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for a passionate
**Marketing Assistant **to join our creative and marketing team in our
**ONCAMPUS** division, part of
**Cambridge Education Group**.

This role is responsible for assisting the digital and content marketing teams with various tasks such as creating content, proof-reading, using our social media platforms, pulling reports and various other administration tasks. You will support the marketing team in preparing content and developing your skills at using marketing platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, InDesign, Photoshop etc. The Marketing Assistant will collaborate with the wider marketing team in all stages of our marketing campaigns and will support with the development, expansion and maintenance of marketing channels.

The role is on a full-time, permanent basis. The post holder will be working in Cambridge (United Kingdom) with a Hybrid Working schedule (2 days in the office, 3 days working from home).

**Key responsibilities**:

- Help to distribute marketing materials to various stakeholders internally and externally.
- Update the websites using the CMS.
- Support with the designing of social media tiles and ads (copy writing, image sourcing, designing to agreed template).
- Update and design printed collateral such as leaflets, banners and merchandise.
- Work closely with centre-based staff to create and update student handbooks and pre-arrival information for all centres, ensuring consistency of brand and content across all centres.
- Organise and communicate student & staff profiles and testimonials.
- Help with the organisation and hosting of marketing events.
- Assist in the gathering of communications content, including developing marketing claims from our student results.
- General administration assistance across the Marketing team.

**Person Specification & experience we look for**:
**Education**
- Educated to A-Level or above (essential)

**Experience**
- Interest in Marketing activities such as events, copywriting, social media, editing and digital marketing.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft programmes such as Outlook and Excel.

**Skills**
- Exceptional organisation skills, with the ability to work on different projects at the same time.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate with many stakeholders.
