**Job Summary / Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the implementation of a full planning function which will accommodate drop in working.
- Maintain production plans to aid the manufacturing process across sites - involvement of reservation analysis to identify where production will alter stock levels of manufactured stocked parts.
- Support the control of customer date changes to ensure they align with transport plans.
- Planning and prioritising operations to ensure maximum performance and mínimal delays; ensure any identified production concerns are escalated promptly to reduce any potential concerns.
- Support the logistics department with planning of customer orders and communicate any identified capacity utilisation date changes to CABP Sales Team.
**Knowledge and skills**:
- A proactive, efficient and resourceful individual who is a strong communicator who can develop relationships internally/externally.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for change and continuous improvement.
- Previous experience of production planning would be advantageous but, not required.
