As a Housing Support Worker, you will provide recovery support to residents living in our houses. You will assist with the case coordination of residents, welcoming residents when they arrive, to resettling people in their own homes on departure.

Part of your role will include advocating for residents where appropriate. This could include helping people to arrange and attend meetings such as GP and probation appointments, or other substance misuse services.

We train our Housing Support Workers with the skills they need to provide therapeutic interventions, supporting residents through their recovery journeys.
