We are a successful family run business with branches in Pocklington, Hull and Scarborough. Our team of 50 employees supply engineering products to an ever increasing customer base.

We are a forward thinking company offering our customers services including vending, kanban solutions, store's management, consignment stocks and 24 hour cover aided by our in house IT department

We have a vacancy at our Pocklington depot for an Accounts Administrator. Must have a good knowledge of all aspects of Book Keeping. Must be a team player and can work under pressure to meet deadlines.

The role consists of but is not limited to:

- Managing purchase, sales and nominal ledger
- Dealing with customer and supplier queries
- Bank reconcilation
- Reconciling credit card invoices to statements
- Reconciling fuel receipts, managing expenses and mileage claims
- Credit control
- Processing payment runs
- Handling Petty Cash

Using our software system Verify, Therefore and Merlin for which training will be given

40 hours a week Mon-Fri (1/2 hour lunch)

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
