Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team at The Barn Cafe Stanway. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Your main responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

**Duties**:

- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus to guests and answer any questions regarding menu items
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a professional and efficient manner
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance the guest experience
- Provide attentive and personalized service to ensure guest needs are met
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, utensils, and dining area
- Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Server or in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays as required

Pay: £8.00-£11.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
