Service Engineer

SUEZ Water Technologies and Solutions (SWTS) provide our customers with technology and expertise to enhance their water, wastewater, and process productivity.
**What will I be doing?**
- Installs and services chemical feed and water treatment equipment.
- Acts as the local technical consultant and liaison with customer management.
- Performs water analysis and/or collects samples for preparation, labelling and shipment to designated laboratory for analysis.
- Completes and distributes on site report based on any work carried out at site.
- Calibrates feed pumps, controllers, feed rate charts and maintains log sheets.
- Conducts preventative maintenance on water treatment plant, chemical feed pumps, controllers and instrumentation.
- Maintains inventory of spare parts (lube oil, tubing, piping, etc.), and adequate supply of reagents, sample containers, and shipment containers necessary for routine as well as special sampling and analysis.
- Remains on call-out duty if and when required as prescribed by the UKIN team call out schedules
- Conducts training of customer and other personnel to enable them to operate prescribed BOO/Mobile equipment safely and effectively when FSR is not on site.
- Conducts training of company trainees in the various site technical functions encompassed by the position of Field Service Representative.
Role is based On Site at Prax Oil Refinery in Immingham.
- 10% ER, Private Health Care, Standby Payment, Call-Out Payment & Overtime.
**What are the requirements?**
- Qualification in a suitable Science, Engineering or technical discipline preferred or equivalent knowledge and experience, or
- Mechanical based experience from apprenticeships or site experience of maintenance
- A Level or equivalent Chemistry desirable or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Full UK Driving licence
