Duties
- Sales and purchase invoice processing
- Bank reconciliations
- Assist with data entry and maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
- Provide administrative support to management and other staff members as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong computer skills with the ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred
- Familiarity with Sage line 50 or other accounting software
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
