Telemarketing Executive

Solar Service Solutions is making a big impact on the Solar PV & Thermal market in Southern England and we’re looking for Telemarketing Executives with excellent communication skills to join our expanding team in Ringwood.

This is a great opportunity to become part of a very fast growing industry and to work with a dynamic team that has ambitious growth plans.

The Role:

- Conducting outbound calls to prospects and lapsed customers - both homeowners & businesses
- Follow up e-marketing & website enquiries by telephone
- Record & monitor daily, weekly & monthly sales figures for management

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3+ years’ experience working in a sales or business development role with a strong record of achieving & exceeding targets
- Knowledge of solar would be an advantage
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills with a good command of English - both written and spoken
- Confident, polite & friendly telephone manner with a genuine enthusiasm for talking to people at all levels
- Good standard of numeracy
- Ability to learn quickly
- Methodical and organised with strong time management skills and someone who works well under pressure
- Ability to prioritise well and organise workload
- Excellent interpersonal skills dealing with people at all levels
- Self-motivated to work pro-actively on own initiative, and the desire to take on further responsibility
- Drive to meet and exceed targets

A competitive basic salary of up to £30,000, depending on experience, is offered along with a great commission structure which could see OTE earnings of £60/70,000 per year, 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), bonus scheme, flexible working and other benefits.
