**Digital Print Operator
Bradley Stoke, Bristol
£28,300-£30,300 **Established over 30 years ago my client are global experts in direct and transactional mail. Based at their Bradley Stoke site close to Bristol, they are currently seeking experienced printer operators to add to their production department.

**In this role you will be working rotating shifts, 4 on 4 off 7am-7pm / 7pm-7am. Overtime is regularly available and paid at an enhanced rate of time and a half.
Sadly, if you cannot commit to this shift pattern, we will not be able to consider you for this role.**

**The Role**
- Set up, operate, and oversee the effective running of printing presses
- Deliver against internal KPIs & SLA’s and other targets to meet clients’ contractual obligations
- Be able to work to clients’ briefs
- Manage end to end production workflow including associated communications, ensuring that quality procedures are followed throughout the production cycle and delivery of each project on time.
- To ensure that all jobs are delivered successfully to a high-quality standard - you will be able to manage a busy workload efficiently and effectively.

- Has the ability to manage expectations around timescales and deliverables
- Can work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently
- Has a proactive approach to work - always willing to learn and working to improve processes to ensure business efficiency
- Can communicate effectively and build rapport with all departments across the business
- Be flexible with their attitude towards work and task allocation, ensuring client demands are always met

**Salary + Benefits**
The salary for this role starts at £28,300, rising to £30,300 after full completion of training.
