**Who are we**:
Due to the ever-growing demand from our new and existing clients worldwide, we are currently looking for a 360 recruitment consultants to join our expanding sales team working out of our office in Maidstone, Kent.

**Responsibilities**:

- Business development - lead generation, cold calling, nurturing and maintaining new and existing business
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Establishing yourself as the ‘go-to’ recruiter in your market.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

**Key Skills**
- Strong business development and client relationship skills
- Proven ability to manage the full recruitment cycle effectively.
- Ability to be self-motivated and work autonomously
- Strong communicator with excellent Negotiating skills
- Goal-oriented, with a drive to exceed targets.
