**Job summary**:
We are seeking **two Assistant Enforcement and Appeals Lawyers** to join our Legal team, (**1 permanent based in Birmingham** and **1 temporary based in London**, in the temporary role you will be working mainly on the Supported Accommodation).

As an Assistant Regulatory Enforcement lawyer you will work within a team providing Ofsted’s main source of legal advice. Ofsted has a regulatory role in relation to Early Years, Childcare and Social Care provider, including work associated with supported accommodation. You will provide direct legal support or commission legal services and complement the lawyers across the various disciplines. The team covers a wide breadth legal work including litigation, enforcement issues and public law matters.

This role will suit a qualified junior lawyer, looking to progress their career and take the next steps.
