**Role Overview**:

- As a **Pulse Air Permeability Tester**, your primary responsibility is to evaluate the airtightness of buildings and enclosures. This assessment helps improve energy efficiency, occupant comfort, and overall building performance.
- You’ll work closely with construction professionals, architects, and building owners to ensure compliance with air leakage standards and regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **airtightness tests** using the **Pulse system**.
- Set up the **Pulse unit** centrally within the building or enclosure.
- Perform measurements at **low pressure** (approximately 4Pa) to simulate real-world conditions.
- Assess air leakage rates and enclosure integrity.
- Determine the **air change rate** representative of normal inhabited conditions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret test results and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations (such as Part L1A) and retrofit guidelines (such as PAS 2035).

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
