**High Level Responsibilities**:

- Provide 2nd Line Technical Support to the UK Helpdesk.
- Provide technical remote and on-site assistance to customers when required.
- Contribute ideas to develop new and existing functionality to optimize systems, processes, responses, support guides and improve our customer experience.
- Asist with the development and maintaining training materials for current and future products.

**About you**

This is a great opportunity for a technically focused individual with strong customer service skills and extensive electrical knowledge. You will be passionate about moving into the specialism of LV Electrical and Battery Storage, to become an expert inindustry.

The Technical Support Engineer will be a Battery Storage System technical specialist, who is proactive, consumer centric, has an eye for detail and has the desire to perform a pivotal role in the most exciting new battery storage brand in the UK.

**Key skills and experience ideally required**:

- Trained and certificated electrician with management or supervisory SSSTS ,
- Analytical skills to be able to investigate, report on and diagnose complex systems, either "hands on" or remotely
- Working knowledge of aftersales systems and processes
- Experience working within a technical support function, offering support to agencies via different media i.e., online, telephone and face to face
- Working with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with battery storage and Solar technology would be a major bonus

Training in LV Electrical and Battery Storage will be fully funded and supported.
