North West Trading Company Ltd (**Karcher Centre NWTC**) is a growing long-established company whose Head Office is based in Colne, Lancashire. With branches in Leeds, West Yorkshire we are one of the UK’s leading Karcher dealers, selling, servicing and repairing industrial and commercial cleaning equipment since 1981.
We are looking for a full time company book keeper to join our friendly and knowledgeable team. Reporting to the director, you will work within small team, and your responsibilities will include.
- Maintaining the sales and purchase ledgers
- Maintaining customer and supplier spread sheets/databases
- Processing invoices
- Processing payments
- Liaising with suppliers and customers
- Maintaining the accounts on Xero
- Credit control (chasing payment for overdue accounts)
- Bank reconciliation / payments
- Submitting VAT returns
- Administration duties as required
- Answering incoming calls when required
