Do you know the difference between an Enviro 400 and a Volvo B7RLE? Are you well-organised, literate on social media and in print and have a great telephone manner? If so, you could be the person we are looking for.

We need an enthusiastic and energetic Bus Sales Administrator to support our fast growing business. As well as fitting seatbelts to customers' buses, Birmingham Busworks is quickly becoming one of the UK's principal bus dealers. Situation in the heart of Birmingham, we sell increasing numbers of buses every week to customers all over the country.

We now need someone to help us along our expansion journey by providing our clients with excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to;**
- **Managing and publishing social media content on a daily basis**:

- **Update website with new vehicle content**:

- **Maintain live stock list**:

- **Build and maintain customer database**:

- **Raising invoices**:

- **Collating and maintaining vehicle documentation**:

- **Building relationships with customers/prospective customers**

**Requirements**:

- **Working/worked in the bus/coach industry**:

- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills**:

- **Excellent interpersonal skills**

**Salary**: £30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Birmingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Bus/Coach industry: 2 years (preferred)
- Sales administration: 2 years (required)
