**Administrator / Receptionist - Northwich CW8 - Permanent - £21,600**
My client is a highly regarded firm of Chartered Accountants with a number of offices across the region. Due to continued growth, they are in need of an Administrator / Receptionist to join their busy support team in Northwich. You will be joining a well-establishedteam and will be becoming part of a company who really look after their staff. This will be a split role - supporting both the reception function for the office and the administration side, supporting the firm's Accountants.
Key duties of this role will include:

- Meeting and greeting clients in a professional manner, answering and transferring calls - resolving queries where possible
- Sorting and distributing of incoming mail
- Booking meeting rooms, ensuring reception is kept tidy and arranging meeting refreshments
- Assisting with the monthly billing administration
- Ordering stationery and other office supplies
- Other finance support such as Credit Control when required

This is not an exhaustive list - this will be a fast-paced role and no two days will be the same
In order to be considered for this role you:

- Will be a competent and experienced Administrator
- Will be IT literate - especially with MS Office programmes
- Will have a professional and personable approach to your work
- Must be a team player
