**Working hours for this Accounts Assistant**:

- Monday to Friday 8:45 am to 5:30 pm

**Salary & Benefits of this Accounts Assistant position**:

- £20,000 to £27,000 per annum, (Negotiable depending on experience)

**Requirements of this Accounts Assistant position**:
**Essential**:

- Have a positive work ethic with a can-do attitude, and provides solutions and support
- Personal integrity; hardworking, personable, professional, and commercially minded
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and especially Excel (e.g. Pivot tables/formulas)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail

**Desirable**:

- 1+ years of corporate accounting experience is preferred but not essential
- Knowledge of Purchase and Sales ledger
- Working knowledge of accounting software platforms, including Access Accounting, Xero
- Working knowledge of ReapIt CRM software

**Duties of an Accounts Assistant**:

- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
- Reconcile supplier statements and process supplier invoices
- Processing BACS and Chaps payments
- Data entry of daily transactions
- Oversee accounts receivable including chasing unpaid fees and updating debtor balances
- Bank reconciliations
- Capturing and logging daily invoices to send out for authorisation
- Assist with the month-end process and reconciliations
- Assist with reporting financial data to management
