**About the Role.**

We are looking for a highly organised Operations Administrator to take on a full-time role in our busy Operations department based at our Head Office in Maidenhead. The team is responsible for the management of the installation of our Residential projects and is constantly striving to improve our customer experience and processes. This is a busy team dealing with both our Customers and our Installations Operatives in the field, and as one of UK’s largest providers of Solar PV Installations, we at Evergen Solar are looking for passionate and dedicated key people to support our growth.

**What you'll be doing...**
- Introductory calls to customers, booking scaffolding and kit delivery
- Dealing with customer queries and providing exceptional customer service
- Providing technical resolutions to customer queries
- Transferring calls to relevant departments
- Having your own customers to deal with throughout the installation process
- Dealing with any issues that arise on the day of installations
- Communicating with end customers and ensuring project deliverables are on target
- Be responsible for job completion and ensure all projects are cost effective
- Ensure all documentation is compliant and logged accurately
- Request and chase up any missing documentation from installers and ensure it complies
- Collect, review and file RAMS (Risk Assessments, Method statements)
- Ensure any information regarding our customers’ installations is logged on Trello and an action plan created for unfinished installs.
- Liaise with finance team to ensure funds are paid
- Ensure daily targets are achieved
- Deal with any general administration tasks within the operations department
- Work hand in hand with other operations team members providing support when needed

**Essentials for this role...**
- Experience working in a busy Operations/Administrative environment
- Must be competent user on various software platforms including MS Outlook, MS Excel, Google Sheets, Sharepoint, Trello etc.
- This role will require you to be able to work closely with various teams and other members of staff so being a team player is essential.
- Must be able to confidently problem solve and be adaptable to change.
- Must have a good attention to detail.
- Desirable: Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment, with an understanding of process compliance.
- Experience gained in the energy, construction, or logistics sector would also be a benefit.

**Office based: Monday - Friday at Maidenhead office (must live locally or reliably be able to commute on a daily basis).**
