**Your role**:

- New construction work on residential and commercial buildings across multiple sites
- Be competent in understanding/reading ventilation drawings
- Be able to work on your own or as part of a team and cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Install of a full range of domestic mechanical ventilation systems (MVHR, DMEV, CMEV & MEV), Pipe fitting, work with ducts and at height
- Carry out IRR (Inspect, Repair, Replace) service to existing ventilation products in social housing and domestic properties
- Quality orientation - precise work performance in accordance with the requirements and standards of the company and customers
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs outside remit
- Completing all relevant documentation and complying with health and safety standards and procedures

**Salary**: £15.00-£17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
