My client, an electronic company based near Fareham are currently looking for a number of Production Operatives to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

The company offers structured training so there is an opportunity to increase the salary once the training has been completed.

Summary of the Role:
To Manufacture, Test and Package electronic fibre boards

Key Responsibilities:

- Build of electronic boards
- Testing during various stages of build
- Working to specific Production Process Procedures
- Adherence to QHSE policy and practices
- Excellent housekeeping within the production facility
- Suggesting potential process improvements which will increase yield or reduce cost

Qualifications and experience:

- Manually dexterous
- Working in an environment where accuracy and consistency of work is paramount
- Experienced in working in a low/medium volume manufacturing operation
- Excellent attention to detail
- Quality focussed attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,799.00-£22,800.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location
