The role and responsibilities:

- Processing invoices into sage 50cloud software
- Entering bank transactions into sage and completing the bank reconciliation
- Supporting the procurement team with purchasing tasks
- Monitoring the company's timesheet and holiday apps and downloading reports
- Providing administrative support to the office staff and management team, including opening the post, taking phone calls and other general administrative tasks
- Greet clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion

The Candiate

We are looking for someone who will fit into our small, friendly, family orientated team and posesses the following skills.
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred, however office experience is essential.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in an ever changing environment
- A self motivated individual who is proactive and has a positive 'can-do' attitude.

**Salary dependant on experience**
