On Cardiac Ward we are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent administration and interpersonal skills to work as our Ward Clerk.

You will work closely with all members of the team including our Discharge Facilitator, Nursing, Therapy and Medical Cardiology staff, supporting them in the provision of an efficient and effective service.

You will ideally have experience working in an administrative role and be familiar with the processes and practices involved.

As well as working as part of the team you should be able to use your own initiative in this busy environment.

Good communication skills are essential and the ability to work sensitively with people. Competent computer skills are vital for this role but training is available. We require you to work flexibly to meet the demands of the service Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts as required.
