Town Planner

**Town Planner - Permanent - Kent, Midlands, or West Lothian - Hybrid - up to £45,000 Per Annum**

As the Town Planner you will play an important role in helping Mobile Phone Operator / Wireless Networks clients to improve connectivity and performance of their networks by obtaining planning consents or approvals for new telecoms sites and upgrading existing telecoms sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Appeal assessments and submissions.
- Providing clients and internal teams with accurate and relevant Town Planning / Planning advice.
- Help to ensure accurate site/planning records and commentary.
- Provide training / support to the wider planning team, depending on experience.
- Contribute to the team in achieving its business objectives.
- Help to achieve/exceed client milestones/KPIs.
- Assist in building client relationships.

Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years post-graduation experience in Town Planning
- Good IT skills
- Good interpersonal skills

Desirable Qualifications
- RTPI or MRTPI
- TCPA

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
