**So, where do I fit in?**

As a Payments Advisor you’ll be an integral part of the payments process to our customers for a variety of renewables payments. You’ll be responsible for managing the full cycle of our payment process for renewables customers such as tracking, settling,submitting, generating and administering payments for our Feed-In-Tariff and Export customers.

You’ll be a part of a team responsible for helping to manage customer payments and work closely with our Feed-In-Tariff, Trading, Finance, Compliance and Customer Service teams to ensure a smooth and timely service for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Quarterly processing and tracking of FIT Payments. Business, Domestic and SME accounts.
- Processing of Smart and Export payments. Including REGO, ROCS, DUoS & monthly PPA.
- Creating, maintaining and sending appropriate customer correspondence.
- Producing and sending remittances, Self Billed Invoices and processing VAT payments.
- Coordinating large scale customer data management.
- Liaising with external bodies over compliance, fraud and regulatory issues.
- Supporting the business on the Annual FIT Levelisation Audit and biannual FIT Audit.
- Ensuring the payments area remains compliant with OFGEM regulations, but also BACS (ADDAC/AWAC).
- Processing and tracking Reversals, overpayments, underpayments, OOPP’s and GWG’s as and when the time arises.
- Downloading, Maintaining and chasing customer Bank Details.
- Ensure accurate record keeping of payments with internal and external parties.

**Have I got what it takes?**

As a Payments Advisor, you’ll be an excellent communicator with great attention to detail and eye for accuracy. You’ll take direct ownership of processes and queries. Be motivated, organised and determined and have the ability to meet deadlines, targetsand have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

**We're looking for someone who**:

- You are analytical and inquisitive with a natural desire and ability to solve complex problems.
- Advanced Level experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication skills and able to resolve issues by collaborating with internal colleagues and liaising with external customers.
- Experience of maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring all customer correspondence is of high quality.
- You have an interest in clean technology, along with a passion to support our purpose.
- The ability to adapt and learn in an environment with fast changing business, system and regulatory needs.
- Strong numerical skills.
- Good time management skills and able to proactively manage your own workload.
- Experience of working in a team environment.
