Restaurant Fresh Fish

We are looking for a Restaurant fresh Fish & Counter assistant to join our busy restaurant team

No experience required just a committed and flexible person

**Duties**:

- Possess a good command of the menu to deliver recommendations
- Take orders, post them accurately
- Interact with guests in a warm and inspirational manner
- Maintain and deliver consistent standards
- Assist and advice customers when placing their food orders
- To set up, top up and put away the Fish and Meat counter display food
- Prepare Customers cold starter
- Write restaurant special menu and set menu
- To handle Fresh Fish and Meat Produce

- Good knowledge of food and food safety
- The ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
- A good approach to teamwork
- Excellent communication skills
- Superb attention to detail
- Excellent personal presentation and cleanliness
- Resilience and drive to get things right first time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £10.00 per hour
