My client, based in Leyland are currently on the lookout for a HR Advisor to join their growing HR team on a permanent basis.

In this role you will support the Head of HR with the following:

- Coaching Managers in relation to all areas of HR people and policy advice
- Upskilling Managers across the business
- Leading on performance and absence reviews
- Supporting Managers with talent attraction
- Updating the HR system and producing reports with analytics for Management
- Supporting on a variety of HR projects
