Lecturer in Numeracy

The Grŵp are seeking to appoint Part time hourly Paid Lecturers in Numeracy based accross Gwynedd, Anglesey, Conwy and Denbigh. Variable hours available

Darparu sesiynau rhifedd mewn canolfannau cymunedol ar hyd a lled Gwynedd, Môn, Conwy a Dinbych. Yn ddibynnol ar yr angen, darparu sesiynau grŵp neu sesiynau 1 am 1.

Ariannir y prosiect gan Gronfa Ffyniant Gyffredin y DU. Diben y prosiect yw rhoi cyfleoedd i oedolion sydd ddim yn berchen ar gymhwyster TGAU Mathemateg gradd C (neu gymhwyster cyfatebol) i fynychu cyrsiau rhad ac am ddim sydd wedi eu teilwra ar gyfer yr unigolyn. Gall y dosbarthiadau fod wyneb yn wyneb, ar lein, yn y gweithle, yn ddosbarthiadau nos, yn ddosbarthiadau rhan-amser neu yn rhai dwys.

**Job Purpose**

To work as a member of the Multiply Team to provide, high-quality numeracy teaching, to create effective opportunities for learning and to enable all learners to achieve to the best of their ability.

Deliver numeracy in community venues across Gwynedd, Môn, Conwy and Denbigh. Dependent on learner need, the service will be provided either by means of group work or on an individual basis.

This project is funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and is all about improving people’s numeracy skills. Adults who don’t already have a GCSE grade C or equivalent will be able to access free courses that fit around their lives - whether that be in person or online, at work or in the evening, part time or intensive - with additional support to meet their needs.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 5 per week

**Salary**: £19.80-£30.61 per hour
