**Job Title: Conveyancing Assistant**

**Location: Chester**

**Salary: £18,000-£23,000**

A well-regarded regional Legal 500 law firm is looking for a motivated Conveyancing Assistant to join their busy Conveyancing team. - Join a friendly and dedicated team of Conveyancing professionals and become an integral member of the department.
- Provide fee earners with a proactive and professional support service on their residential property transaction caseloads.
- Work closely with inspiring and knowledgeable qualified conveyancers and property solicitors, continuously learning from them and developing your experience.

**You will have**:

- Previous experience in a support role within residential conveyancing.
- A good understanding of the residential conveyancing process.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
