**Start: ASAP - 7 Month Contract**

**Salary: £11.49 p/Hour**

**Hours: 7am - 3:15pm, Monday to Friday**

**Location: Laindon, Basildon**

**Our Client**:
Our Housing Association client are one of the largest within the South-East, and are looking for a cleaner to help maintain the cleanliness of one of their residence estates in Laindon.

**Main purpose of the role**:
You will be responsible for cleaning communal areas within a housing estate aimed at helping young pregnant women and young single parents between 16-24 years of age.
- Sweeping / Washing of all communal staircases, foyers, balconies, passages, courtyards, car parks, hard standing areas, chute chamber rooms and refuse storage rooms
- Cleaning and/or washing of lift car floors and walls, lamp shades and diffusers, estate signs, estate furniture
- Remove any objects on the floor (including but not limited to) drug related materials, dog waste etc
- Remove and cleanly dispose of any over spill in refuse container storage room
- Remove treated weeds and other plant material as required from hard standing areas
