**Letting Agent**

**We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Letting Agent. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office, including but not limited to**:
**Marketing**: This includes marketing properties on Standout Property Management, working with agents to get listings published, and working with agents to market properties.

**Ideally you will have**:
1 year Property management experience (preferred)

Minimum 2 years Administrative experience (preferred)

Have a valid driving license and the exclusive use of a reliable car is essential to the post.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are often demanding.
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on importance while still being able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
