OBM are currently recruiting for an experienced iLMS Focal Point on behalf of our leading Oil & Energy Service Client. This is a 12 month fixed-term contract opportunity is based in Aberdeen. This role is based in Aberdeen but may have a requirement for overseas assignments.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Develop, define and manage change business improvement projects to ensure that actions are agreed with key stakeholders.
- Undertake a full review of current practice to gain a comprehensive understanding of business requirements and processes. This will include data gathering of policies, procedures, applicable training information etc and engagement with the personnel currently involved with the activity.
- Undertake an assessment of current data and generate suggestions to streamline and improve business productivity and efficiency in line with client requirements.
- Define what is required to build effective systems and controls and determine how this will be executed.
- Identify and select potential solutions, understand integration and develop business case for deployment.
- Develop policies, procedures, measurement tools and applicable training materials to support the process improvement.
- Lead in the creation of User Acceptance Test Scripts, Ux development and business acceptance testing.
- Ensure a comprehensive understanding of how solutions fit with our client's and their customers wider business.
- Identify what steps are critical to quality and lead the identification and implementation of key performance indicators and business value analysis.

- Maintains positive work relationships.
- Established experience in working on projects.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, articulate with the ability to report write and present.
- Accustomed to measuring, analysing, and understanding technical information and processes.
- Works effectively on multiple activities, setting priority levels and service delivery. Solutions based, motivated to achieve the highest standards of performance.
- Excellent planning, organising and numeric skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work stand-alone, demonstrating initiative and ownership, while contributing to the wider team.
- Well-developed IT skills across the Microsoft suite.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Ideally Degree qualified or with demonstrable business knowledge to support the objectives of the role.

**Desirable Qualifications / Competencies**:

- Project Management Qualification.
- Experience in the design and implementation of platform-based IT systems.
- Knowledge and experience of on & offshore processes in the Oil and Gas Industry.
- Knowledge and experience of logistics management in the Oil and Gas, retail, automotive or manufacturing industries.
