**Seafast Logistics**, part of the **Uniserve Group**, is seeking a motivated and organised **Import Operations Junior** to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring smooth import processes for our customers.

**About You**
- You are a team player with a positive and professional attitude.
- You have excellent communication skills and can build rapport with customers.
- You are a quick learner with a strong attention to detail.
- You are proficient in MS Office and eager to learn new customs and port systems.

**What You'll Do**
- Liaise with customers to understand their import clearance needs.
- Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently within a 2-hour turnaround time.
- Assist with raising T1 entries.
- Accurately complete CHEDs/IPAFFs pre-notifications.
- Arrange import/export declarations.
- Claim UCNs from the port system.
- Complete assigned training courses (if applicable).
- Add costs and charges to job files.
- Raise duty invoices promptly.
