**Job Title**: Finance Manager (PQ / QBE)

**Pay Bracket**: £30,000 - £40,000 DOE

Four Recruitment are offering an exclusive opportunity to join a rapidly scaling business with plans to treble in turnover in the next 12 months. This role will play a pivotal part in the development of the business, being the first inhouse accounts positionwith high levels of autonomy and exposure to dynamic company directors.

**Your main roles and responsibilities**:

- Production of monthly management accounts
- Financial modelling including preparing budgets and forecasting.
- Bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations and analysis
- VAT returns
- Management of the transactional finance function inclusive of purchase ledger management and sales ledger management, processing invoices, supplier statement reconciliations, posting payments, credit control and query management
- Collating payroll information & payroll journals
- Management of supplier relationships and communicating with 3rd parties in an efficient manner
- Working alongside an external accountant supporting with year end and audit
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and experience using Xero is advantageous.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to communicate effectively with 3rd parties, colleagues, and contacts of non-finance backgrounds.
- Studying ACCA/ ACA/ CIMA part-qualified level or QBE with experience in a similar role
- A strong personality and the ability to communicate with wider areas of the business is highly advantageous - demonstrating the potential of future people management.
