The vacant post is for an International Training Fellowship in Anaesthesia and Critical Care medicine and is approved by the Post Graduate Dean under the Medical Training Initiative (MTI) scheme.

After a successful phased induction into clinical work, the International Fellow will have regular training sessions across a broad spectrum of specialities in line with their individual training plan.

The post holder will participate on a 1:8 on call rota (12-hour full shift) for intensive care unit and Anaesthesia at University Hospital of North Tees for which a pay banding supplement of 1A will be paid.

He/she must be aware of, and comply with, all Trust infection prevention and control policies, to include hand hygiene, personal hygiene, environmental and food hygiene.
