What you will be doing

We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our Global Functions Finance Team in supporting our Corporate Functions (HR, Finance, Ops, Comms, Legal etc) to provide best-in-class functional support on a Globally consistent basis to our businesses.

Reporting to the Global Functions Finance Director you’ll support the budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis of the Corporate Functions, both centrally and across all of our regions/markets. As part of this role, you will be part of and work alongside the management reporting team, both onshore and offshore.

The difference you’ll make- Completion of month end and subsequent delivery of high-quality monthly management accounts and reporting, including headcount reporting, variance analysis and appropriate commentary.- Construction and presentation of budget/ quarterly forecasts by Project and Cost Centres for current and future years, liaising with project and cost centre work stream leads.- Ensuring that that all investments are correctly accounted for, and closely monitored throughout the project life cycle, including implementation and execution of local governance and project control systems.- Providing financial business partnering to the Functional Leads to ensure their strategic and operational financial goals are delivered.- Forecasting and budgeting for department spend, commercial management of contracts, and financial analysis & modelling for the Functions initiatives including target operating models, continuous improvement, and benefits realisation.- Working with the Finance Directors to support the future direction of the Function to identify financial and commercial risks and potential mitigations.

What you’ll bring- Fully qualified accountant or equivalent commercial finance accreditation with experience in a similar role, with a global remit.- Ability to work with transactional detail with management reporting, budgeting and forecasting experience.- Proven experience of business partnering and commercial acumen, with proven capability to communicate financial performance to senior stakeholders.- An interest and experience in driving improved financial performance within a business.

It would also be nice for you to have- Use of Power BI or Tableau is an advantage but not essential.

What else do you need to know

This is a 12 month fixed term position. The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements, you can expect to be in the office a minimum of 2 days per week.
