- £25,000 + uncapped commission (OTE £35,000 in your first year)

**What you’ll be doing as a Recruitment Consultant**
- Researching and building relationships with new clients
- Producing job adverts
- Reviewing and identifying strong CV’s
- Building your personal network on LinkedIn
- Earning commission
**What you need to be a Recruitment Consultant**
- University graduate or higher OR a school leaver with 6+ months of sales/recruitment experience
- Extremely motivated
- Driven to earn money
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Hard-working and resilient
- Great time management
