Nursery Apprentice

Woodlands Day Nursery is a busy and established in Chorley, we are situated on the grounds of St Georges Primary school. We are almost at capacity and therefore looking for a nursery apprentice to join our team... so if the below sounds like something you can do please send your CV

Can you....
- Read the same story over and over again with the same level of enthusiasm when each different child brings it to you?
- Use your imagination to take a group of children on a rocket to the planet Zog to find Alien's and fight monsters?
- Head to the desert (or sandpit) with a group of Pirates to find the hidden treasure?
- Multi-task between wiping snotty noses, changing nappies, feeding, cleaning and nursing crying babies or children?
- Lead a team in the search for the missing dummies and socks?
- Reassure emotional parents and carers that their most pride possessions will settle down even though they can see their child is upset?
- Sing the Disney princess songs and identify each one just by the colour of their dresses?
- Have extensive knowledge and understanding of the EYFS as well as Peppa Pig and her entire family, Thomas the Tank and all of his friends names, Ben and Holly and the ins and outs of their little kingdom and be able to use your magic to transform into Elsa for a solo of Let it go?

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 24 per week
