Rental Controller

**RENTAL CONTROLLER**

**Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 Basic plus Bens**
**Working Hours: 08.30 to 17.00 pm (degree of flexibility)**

Reporting to the Rental Supervisor the post holder will have responsibility for assisting in the efficient running of the rental department, primarily to assist and contribute to the overall rental strategy, whilst working closely with all other departmentswithin the Company to stay integrated and maximise sales and profitability.

**The role will involve**:
Ensuring operation, being available to take calls at the desk.
- Completing the process from lead to order to off hire with customers on rental enquiries.
- Maintaining the Protean systems and keep them accurate with the rental fleet changes.
- Assisting Business Development managers with hires.
- Working closely with the hire engineers in the workshop to ensure lead times are met.
- Ensuring all invoicing is done each month and resolve any queries.
- Liaising with our 3rd party transport company to book deliveries and collections.
- Assisting with frequent stock takes on trucks, batteries, chargers, and masts.
