**Salary Range - £30,100.00 - £35,820 pa. Salary is inclusive of 7 sleep-in payments per month. These are paid at the rate of £55.00 per sleep-in and employees can complete up to 10 sleep-ins per month.**

**The above salary is full-time (pro rata for part-time) and dependent upon qualifications and experience. Full-time and part-time opportunities available.**

We are looking for Senior RCWs to take on roles in our Children’s Homes. Senior RCWs are a new role in our Children's homes, they take on leadership and supervisory roles to a small group of Residential Childcare Workers (RCWs). Working directly with young people in the homes, you will be responsible for assuring that psychologically informed targets are met. You will take part in regular Well-being meetings with the clinical team and support the Registered Manager to ensure the highest quality care is provided to young people.
