Our mission is to offer the best value and quality within the industry, and we are currently seeking a skilled Bench Joiner to join our workshop team and play a crucial role in crafting our high-end kitchens.

Key Responsibilities:
Interpret and work from architectural plans, CAD designs, and customer specifications to produce bench joinery elements for our bespoke kitchens.

Craft and assemble high-quality bench joinery components with precision and attention to detail.

Collaborate with the design team to ensure the final product aligns with layout and design plans.

Maintain a safe and organized workshop environment, following health and safety procedures.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:
A recognized qualification in Bench Joinery, Carpentry, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in crafting high-end bench joinery, showcasing a portfolio of precision work.

Proficiency in using a range of tools and machinery specific to bench joinery.

Ability to interpret and follow detailed plans and instructions accurately.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to contribute to the creative process.

Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a focus on producing top-notch craftsmanship.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

Licence/Certification:
Driving Licence (preferred)

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
