**About the Role**

To provide support to the Assets Maintenance Team in the provision of a high quality, customer focused repairs and maintenance service to Habinteg’s customers. To assist in the provision of effective monitoring and reporting on the performance of contractors in relation to delivery and customer satisfaction.

Providing project support during planning, programming, and delivery of proposed and ongoing projects. Leading in the provision of a high quality customer and stakeholder interface for projects.
- To support to the Property Delivery Manager in the administration of maintenance contracts including attending meetings and taking of minutes.
- To monitor and report on repairs and voids performance against Key Performance Indicators and the team’s delivery targets.
- To monitor complaints within the team and provide administration support.
- To produce and distribute detailed, monthly, and quarterly reports to evidence repair performance, for contractor performance meetings.

**About You**

You are a detail-oriented professional with a strong commitment to delivering high quality, customer focused service. Your excellent organisational and administrative skills enable you to effectively manage and support multiple projects simultaneously. You are adept at monitoring performance metrics and producing detailed reports that drive improvements in service delivery.

The post holder will possess excellent IT skills and be competent in the use of Microsoft office, particularly Outlook and Word, together with a positive attitude and an excellent work ethic. You will be flexible and agile in your approach, being able to adapt your approach to different circumstances and service demands.
