Temporary Stores Assistant

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join as a Stores Assistant working within the Sports & Specialised Analytical Services department (SSAS).

LGC’s Sport and Specialised Analytical Services (SSAS) department provides a range of analytical services including animal sports doping control, human drug testing, nutritional supplement analysis, drug monitoring and bespoke contract research.

**Job details**:
This is a temporary (6 months) full-time position based at Fordham. The core operating times/hours of the Stores function is Mon-Fri; 8:30am - 5 pm.

The position is directly line managed by the Stores Manager.

**Key**:

- Receipt and booking-in of stock and samples for SSAS
- Inspection of goods received
- Stock control; movement of stock around site
- Unloading of supplies
- Placement of orders to replenish stocks.

The role is varied and the job holder may be required to perform additional, non-routine and administrative tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
